In our dreams we have the ability to have anything our heart desires regardless of whether or not we have them in reality. This work illustrates how close one may feel to another person in their dreams with the gap representing how far they may be physically. The tension and hesitation between the two subjects serve as a barrier and a reminder that the feeling is indeed just a dream.
